Olives grown in the gentle cool climate of the areas surrounding Geelong have produced some distinct and exciting olive oils.
The young groves of the area are planted with many of the worlds most highly regarded olive oil varieties and combined with our wonderful cool climate produce oils with a wonderful fruity herbaceous aroma, grassy palate with the hint of pungency and bitterness.
