Coopers Grove, owned by Barry and Sophia Cooper, grows, hand picks and also processes olives into oil on the grove, ensuring total control of quality from the olive tree to the bottle. We use certified organic practices and thus no chemicals or pesticides are used in the grove. Coopers Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil is blended from Frantoio, Corriegiola and Nevadillo Blanco varieties and has a very fresh and traditional grassy taste, with a hint of pepper. To improve the intensity of the oil, only very minimal irrigation is used, relying only on local rainfall and mulching. Also, to ensure quality, a brand new processing and storage facility has been established. Anyone interested in visiting Coopers Grove is very welcome, although confirmation by phone (03 9742 5823) in the first instance would be appreciated.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available by mail order direct from Coopers Grove, see details below.
By 2005, our product will be available from selected organic food shops.

Item prices: Wholesales at $10 for 375 ml bottle plus postage and packing (minimum 3 bottles) direct from Coopers Grove.
